How can you make a difference?
The incumbent will be responsible for the programme planning function and for the oversight of the monitoring of a major programme of cooperation with the Government of Mozambique.
The position supports overall planning of the UNICEF Programme of Co-operation, with partners and in the context of UN Delivery as One in Mozambique. This will include oversight of office-wide and UN-wide programme planning and review function, including CPD, CPAP, UNDAF, AMP and AWPs development and review. At the same time, support will be given to national planning and evaluation processes, UNICEF and partner research oversight and quality control, and internal and external capacity development in aspects of programme planning and evaluation.
