Opportunity Announcement
The Elton John AIDS Foundation, the Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator (OGAC), and UNAIDS have recently launched the LGBT Fund to respond to the pressing need for action to support LGBT people affected by HIV. The LGBT Fund seeks to improve access to HIV and STI prevention, care and treatment information and services for LGBT people in countries where they have limited access to HIV services and/or face stigma, discrimination and violence.
We are now inviting interested parties to submit high-level concept notes for Deep Engagement Grants in Kenya, Uganda and Mozambique.
The LGBT Fund is looking to support three innovative solutions, in the range of $1,000,000 - $2,000,000, over a period of 2 years. We welcome applications from organizations working in partnership or as part of consortia.
How to apply:
The application process has two stages, starting with concept notes, due on October 3, which give a high-level idea of proposed solutions.
Applicants who have submitted promising concept notes will be invited to submit a full application explaining their proposed solution in detail.
To apply, please submit your concept note by October 3, 11:59PM BST via http://london.ejaf.org/grant-listings/
