The Austrian Develompent Agency (ADA) has been delegated by the European Union to implement the project “IGAD Promoting Peace and Stability in the Horn of Africa Region (IPPSHAR)” in partnership with the IGAD Peace and Security Division, its units and specialized institutions.
ADA’s contractual obligations to the EU include the submission of an annual progress report that describes all activities carried out during the stated reporting period vis-à-vis the approved work plan and budget, analyzes challenges and successes and delineates the way forward in relation to the description of the action.
In order to streamline the 2nd annual progress report production, a Consultant will provide initial compilation, organization and analysis and draft the Year 2 annual report, according to ADA drafting standards and presentation.
Location of the assignment will be at IGAD PSD Offices in Addis Ababa and home-based work in the finalization phase of the Report. The assignment is planned to commence on 1 April 2020. The assignment must be accomplished and all related outputs should be submitted by 31 May 2020.
