Propose
Develop management and decommissioning protocol/guideline for old and absolute cold chain equipment
Specific Tasks,
The consultant will perform during his consultancy period:
Methodology
The consultant will be recruited by UNICEF and work with MOH, EPSA and partners through LWG and develop the management and decommission protocol/guideline He or she will work from home 50% of the time and 50% of his/her time working from the country office- work in person with LWG and ECO- discuss and finalized the work.
Weekly hold tele-conference with ECO and LWG and sharing useful resources form both side (policy, goldmines etc.). Draft document shared for feedback, reviewed and discuss in plenary
Contract Duration- The consultant will be recruited for two months and work from home and at ECO for two days per week to review work done in due time with immunization team.

Expected background and Experience
Education Requirements: Advance University Degree in biomedical, electrical and mechanical engineering or other hazardous substance and environmental protection related sciences is required.
Work Experience: A Minimum of five years’ experience is required in managing cold chain and medical waste management /hazardous substance and chemical waste management/ at different level and knowledge of National Regulatory and Environmental Laws and Guidelines are required.
Language requirement: Fluency in English is required.
