REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Healthcare with Specialization, Master or equivalent title in Public Health
• Good knowledge of English
• Experience in the management of health cooperation projects
• The experience of managing and implementing Public Health activities in the African context will be considered favourably
• Good coordination and adaptation skills

KEY DUTIES

The project manager is responsible for the coordination and implementation of all project activities.
PH Project Manager of diabetes and newborns’ health is called to:

• provide technical assistance to local health authorities
• monitor the availability of health equipment, drugs and aids
• encourage the realization of KAP surveys and research activities related to the projects
• collaborate in strengthening the reference system for pediatric, maternal and neonatal emergencies
• contribute to the development of services for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes
• structure awareness campaigns on diabetes
• organize training events for health personnel
• prepare the reports required by the donor and the local health authorities
