Human Development Research Centre (HDRC), one of the leading consultancy and research organization in the field of sexual reproductive health and rights (SRHR) is Bangladesh is looking for a National Partner Organization in Mozambique for preparing a bid for conducting Tab based National Health Facility Assessment on Commodity Supply and Stock-out Situation in the country. The National Partner Organization needs to have minimum 5 years of research experience in conducting Reproductive Health Survey with Tab based data collection. The organization needs to have sound experience in recruitment of field personnel, providing training, providing logistics support to field staff, monitoring field data collection process, ensuring high quality of collected data, data cleaning and data processing.
During proposal preparation stage the National Partner Organization, under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between both the parties, needs to assist Lead Organization with pertinent contextual information (especially on operationalizing the proposed methodology and implementation plan, and cost related information). In addition, the National Partner Organization will provide the Lead Organization with one consultant researcher having at least 5 years research experience in conducting reproductive health research especially in the fields Maternal Health Services along with HIV/AIDS Services. Such person will be one of members of the proposed core team member as National Expert. The National Expert needs to have working experience with English speaking counterparts (other core team members). He must have professional fluency in both Portuguese and English.
If the bid is awarded to HDRC (the lead organization), the National Partner Organization will sign contract with specifying the role and responsibilities of National Partner in line with the Technical and Financial Proposal. Such contract will be mandatory obligation for both the parties.

In this connection HDRC is looking for a national research institution/academic organization/university/firm/NGO having at least 5 years of research/consultancy experience in the field of reproductive health including HIV/AIDS research. Preference will be given to those who have higher experience and substantial exposure in Sexual Reproductive health (including HIV).
