Plan International African Union Liaison Office is seeking consultancy services to conduct Baseline Study of the African Children’s Charter Project-Phase 2, multi-partner, multi-level Pan-African project that runs from January 2018 to December 2020. The project is being implemented by a consortium consisting of five child and human rights focused organizations. The project seeks to enable the Consortium Members to consolidate, sustain and continue their important contribution to the implementation of the African Charter on the Rights and Welfare of the Child (ACRWC) and contribute to the improved realization of the rights of all children in Africa. The project is overall coordinated by Plan International African Union Liaison Office.
Plan International African Union Liaison Office invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in carrying out the baseline study. Consultants with demonstrated technical expertise, methodology and tools in measuring and evaluating advocacy results\outcomes are highly encouraged to apply.
