To support FMoH in the review and consolidation of the Comprehensive, integrated Nutrition services (CINuS) package based on lessons learnt from the EU-share project for integration into government policy for scale up.

Development of CINuS digital hub
The aim of this task is to pull together all relevant resources for the implementation of the CINuS package in order to make the resources available for FMoH and partners working in Nutrition.
Desk review of current available resources for the CINuS packageReview of CINuS implementation at the grass root level in the ECHO-DEVCOIdentification of gaps in CINuS package and development plan of action to address the gapsWorking with the section programme software consultant, the incumbent will develop a web-based digital hub pulling together and consolidating all available resources for CINuS package including relevant social and behavior change material. The SBCC material cataloguing will be completed by a consultancy firm by the end of February 2018.Development of CINuS implementation guideline
The aim of this task is to create a clear guideline to support FMoH and other partners to scale up CINuS in all woredas in the country
In consultation with FMoH, the incumbent is expected to develop a draft guideline for the implementation of CINuS. The final guideline, incorporating comments from all relevant stakeholders should be uploaded in the CINuS digital hub.In consultation with the section budget officer and programme officers develop the CINuS costing tool for the implementation of CINuS for use by FMoH and other partners. The final costing tool should be uploaded in the CINuS digital hub.Development of Advocacy materials for CINuS
The aim of this task is to develop a range of advocacy materials for high level policy makers and stakeholders to continue/increase investment in nutrition with a focus on the scale up of the CINuS package.
Develop an advocacy plan for the promotion of CINuS concept to all relevant high level stakeholders.Develop concept notes and power-point presentations to promote the CINuS concept including a review of the evidence base for each intervention and cost-effectiveness. An advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in nutrition, public health, food security, international health and nutrition, and other related field of experience is required. *A first University Degree in a relevant field combined with 2 additional years of professional experience may be accepted in lieu of an Advanced University Degree.A minimum of 5 years professional experience in nutrition Specific and Sensitive programmes with UN, INGOs or other development agencies in developing countries, including experience within the Horn of Africa sub-region. Experience of working in Ethiopia is highly desirable. Proven track record of working on documentation of nutrition projects and publication of best achievements and lessons. Experience in developing nutrition policies, strategies and guidelines is required. TDeveloping country work experience and/or familiarity with emergency is considered an asset.Fluency in English is required.
