Purpose of the Assignment: The consultant provides technical support and coordination assistance for implementation of a 2 year multi-partner refugee education programme.
Duration of the assignment: 11.5 months

Methodology
The consultant will work closely with a Refugee Education Specialist counterpart based within the Administration for Refugee and Returnee Affairs (ARRA) as well as an international Education Cannot Wait Project Coordinator.
Expected Deliverables
The consultant will submit monthly reports which indicate progress as against the five key areas of work and the individual results expected under each of these.
Qualifications of Successful Candidate
Education
An Advanced University Degree in education or related fields is required.
Years of relevant experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible relevant work experience in programme planning and management, some of which should be in educationally disadvantaged geographic areas. Experience implementing multi-partner education programmes will be considered an asset.
